1) Sign up on GetRef under 'andy_carlos'.
2) Make your own blog. ( Something like this )
3) Include your referral link on the site which you signed up on.
4) Make videos on Youtube or wherever, and promote your blog or link.
5) If you still having a hard time getting referrals, send out flyers or make huge attracting posters and give out around your neighbourhood.
